Joined G4S Secure Solutions (USA), Inc.as the San Diego Manager Business Development in 2009. Prior to this position, began career in Public Safety working in Law Enforcement for municipal agencies until 1983. Ten of those years were with Westminster Police Department in Orange County. Joined Westec Security and rose to the position of Vice President of Patrol and Dispatch Operations for eleven (11) years.
Held several key senior leadership positions for alarm companies, systems integrators as well as Security Officer firms. Among them were:

- Greater Alarm, Inc (a Interface Security company)

- Edison Security (formally Westec Security)
Holds a B.A., Public Service Management, with Distinction, from the University of Redlands, CA. Also hold a Lifetime limited California State Teaching Credential for Community Colleges-Administration of Justice. Also have licenses with the State of California, Bureau of Security and Investigative Services; Private Patrol Operator, Private Investigator, and Alarm Company Qualified Manager.
